A retail theft that took place late last year in Rush Township remains under investigation. At 4:07 p.m. Dec. 23, Pennsylvania State Police - Frackville barracks, responded to 35 Plaza Drive for a report of a retail theft. Three unidentified males, one white, one black, one Asian/Middle Eastern were observed taking $346 worth of merchandise out of the store without paying for it.
