State police at Stroudsburg report the following:

• A 52-year-old East Stroudsburg man is facing charges after police responded to a burglary at 7:50 p.m. Dec. 18 at a property on South Easton Belmont Pike, Hamilton Township.

Police said the man broke into a 50-year-old woman’s residence and assaulted her. Police said he also drove a while under the influence of alcohol.

• Margaret Grontkowski, 62, of Stroudsburg, was injured in a one-vehicle crash at 6:47 a.m. Jan. 12 on Running Valley Road in Jackson Township.

Police said she was driving north and was proceeding down a hill when she began to negotiate a right curve in the road. Police said because of ice on the road, the vehicle slid down the hill and crashed into a guide rail before overturning and coming to rest on its roof.

• Angel M. Pagan Jr., 57, of Tobyhanna, and Michael D. Basso, 37, of Henryville, were injured in a two-vehicle crash at 2:59 p.m. Jan. 19 on Browns Hill Road, Paradise Township.

They said the accident happened when Pagan, driving a 2019 Dodge Durango, and Basso, operating a 2013 Subaru Outback, were traveling in opposite directions. They said as the two vehicles began to pass one another, the Durango became uncontrolled, crossed the double line and hit the Outback.
