Lewis Anthony, Susquehanna Street garageman in Jim Thorpe, was named Little League Commissioner at last night’s reorganization meeting of the Jim Thorpe Little League Association held in the YMCA.

He replaces Lawrence B. Morris, who held the position for the past three years and whose resignation was accepted with regret last night.

Other officers elected were Robert Pompa, president, Frederick Burnhauser, vice president, Michael Slivka, secretary, Raymond Miller, treasurer, and Lawrence Gallagher, player agent.

The association is in its eighth year. Last year, over 200 boys took part in the program.
