Coaldale woman charged in 2 incidents

Coaldale police charged a borough woman with disorderly conduct for causing disturbances in separate incidents on Jan. 1 and 5.

According to police, officers were sent to the 100 block of East Ruddle Street for a neighbor dispute at 6:45 p.m. Jan. 1.

The caller told police that a package was delivered to them by mistake so they took it to the correct house. When they returned it, they told police that Ashley Orach, 37, came out of her house and started a disturbance because she didn’t want to have contact with them.

Police said they were again sent to the 100 block of East Ruddle Street at 9:30 a.m. Jan. 5. When police arrived, Orach was in the street yelling, screaming and causing a disturbance. Officers said the incident was about someone not being able to give a person a ride. Police spoke with neighbors, and some explained that the screaming was so loud that it awoke them. Police said the neighbors explained it is an ongoing problem.

As a result, Orach was charged in both incidents.
