Anas Mdarhri, 19, of Allentown, was charged with criminal mischief by state police and accused of causing more than $1,800 in damages.

It happened Dec. 21 at 4255 Independence Drive, North Whitehall Township, and was reported by an Allentown man, 38.

Police said Mdarhri is charged with damaging tires on the man’s Nissan Altima, valued at $1,343.07, as well as smashing the back windshield, valued at $459.99.
