The board of directors of Mauch Chunk Trust Financial Corp. declared a regular dividend of 17 cents per share payable on Dec. 30 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 1.

Mauch Chunk Trust Financial Corp. is the parent company of the Mauch Chunk Trust Company, a community bank with seven offices in Carbon and Schuylkill counties. On Nov. 30, the corporation had total assets of $636.3 million.

The bank operates seven full-service community offices in Carbon and Schuylkill counties, as well as a Wealth Management office in Jim Thorpe.
