Palmerton’s Sydney Frantz will be playing field hockey for East Stroudsburg University in the fall. The Blue Bomber senior scored 68 career goals and had 42 assists during her four-year varsity career. The three-sport athlete (she also plays basketball and softball) has yet to declare a major. ESU’s field hockey team captured the NCAA Division 2 championship this past season.
