Lescure of Blakeslee, 911 operator, communications center, all effective Dec. 18. Christina M. Pearson of Lehighton, county caseworker I, Children and Youth Services, effective Dec. 13.

• Prison board appointment: Vanessa Chevere of Frackville, corrections officer, effective Dec. 18.

• Resignations: Catherine C. Bryfogle of Jim Thorpe and Shelby E. Ford of Weatherly, cleaning person, both effective Dec. 22; Harley K.
