Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 502 Lafayette Ave., will hold two worship services on Christmas Eve, 10:15 a.m.; and a 7 p.m. Christmas Eve service.

Faith Alive Church

Faith Alive Church, 678 Pine St., Palmerton (Bowmanstown) holds two services each Sunday with Pastor Rob Timlin. A contemporary service is held at 8:30 a.m., followed by Sunday school for all ages at 9:45 a.m. A traditional service is held at 11 a.m.

• Dec 15: Newsletter items due.

• Dec. 17: 8:30 a.m. worship; 9:45 a.m. Sunday school; 11 a.m. worship.

• Dec. 20: 10 a.m. GriefShare; Advent Bible study, 11:30 a.m. and 7 p.m.

• Dec. 24: Kids Christmas program, 10 a.m.; 11 a.m. combined worship; 5 p.m. Traditional Christmas Eve candlelight worship.

• Dec. 31: Combined worship, 11 a.m.; 12:15 p.m. meal prep for New Year’s Day dinner.

• Jan. 1, 2024: Free pork and sauerkraut community takeout dinner, noon to 2 p.m. Call the church office to reserve a pickup time by Dec. 22. The meal is free but donations will be accepted.
