The Tamaqua borough will stop its scheduled weekly street cleaning for the winter season today. Residents, however, might see the street sweeper on nice days throughout the winter months.

The public will be notified through the local media, web page and Facebook page when spring street cleaning will begin and when the weekly street sweeping schedule will resume in 2024.
