A Tamaqua woman threw boxes with labels for “Delta 8 - THC,” “Cannibeast” and “Sweet Skunk” along with a torch lighter into a neighbor’s Reilly Avenue yard around 4:30 p.m. Nov. 9, according to police.

As a result, Tamaqua police cited Joann Faust, 63, for littering. According to police, the neighbor said her child saw Faust toss the items over the fence and onto the property.

Police said Faust claimed she did not do it, and that her “unwanted guests” did so.
