Guy Seifert retained a seat on the Towamensing Township Board of Supervisors according to unofficial results from Tuesday’s municipal election.

Seifert, a Republican, received 618 votes, defeating Michael George, a Democrat, who received 394 votes.

Susan Marques ran unopposed for township tax collector. Marques received 895 token votes for the position.

A six-year township auditor term yielded 31 write-in votes.
