State police at Bethlehem

State police at the Bethlehem barracks have released information on recent cases:

• Philip Morgan, 46, of Schnecksville, was charged with open lewdness and indecent exposure after police were called at 10:56 a.m. Sept. 14 to Barry Road, North Whitehall Township. Police said a 32-year-old woman from Allentown was hired the woman to clean his residence. After leaving her into his home to do her job, Morgan then walked around the residence while being fully undressed.

• Police charged a 51-year-old Allentown man after an incident at 12:19 a.m. Sept. 26 at the Lil Wolf Mobile Home Park, Lil Wolf Drive, North Whitehall Township.

Police said a burglary happened at the park’s sewer plant where the man was taken into custody and the stolen items were recovered. They included two tape measures and Oakton Ph meter, having a combined value of $517.25, and paperwork for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.

• Police responded to a Dog Law violation report at 9:18 a.m. Sept. 27 at a property off the 600 block of Memorial Road in Heidelberg Township. They said five dogs got loose in the adjacent area and killed and/or injured multiple domestic animals owned by three victims, men ages 25, 35 and 67, all from Germansville. Police said the owner of the dogs was identified and cited accordingly.

• A 63-year-old Schnecksville woman reported a theft by deception case at 6:34 p.m. Oct. 23 at a property on Sand Spring Road in North Whitehall Township.

Police said known suspects convinced the woman that they were Ed Sheeran and told her to send money via Cash App to help friends and family. Police said during the next three months, the victim sent $9,466 via the Cash App from her bank account.

• A 34-year-old Tamaqua woman is facing shoplifting charges at 1:41 p.m. Oct. 9 at the DWS store, Airport Road, Hanover Township.

Police said she attempted to conceal a pair of shoes worth $194.95.
