Mahoning Township supervisors recently approved items:

• Summit Ridge Phase 1 escrow release for improvements in the amount of $737,884. Summit Ridge is located on Mahoning Drive West. Summit Ridge Phase 1 escrow is the amount the township requires for infrastructure improvements to be completed.

• Taurus police vehicle repaired at a cost not to exceed $2,200.

• An extension to the Sierra Vista Phase 1A plan to March 31, 2024.

• A 90-day extension for the Merluzzi subdivision. The Merluzzi subdivision is located on Mahoning Mountain.
