Michael Wink, 22, has created a spine-tingling display of circus phantoms, ghouls, skeletons and spooky, motion-activated creatures. The display can be seen at 8 Oxford St., a residential area located directly across Route 309 from Turkey Hill or, if on Route 54, behind Rush Veterinary Center. Have a Halloween display.
