State police at Bethlehem

State police at Bethlehem report theg incidents:

• A 23-year-old Lehighton woman is the victim of a harassment incident at 1:15 p.m. Sept. 15 at KidsPeace, North Whitehall Township.

Police said a 14-year-old boy from Orefield was cited after he had a sudden outburst outside a classroom at the Donelly Tech Center on the campus. Police said the woman was attempting to restrain the boy when he struck her in the face.

• A 27-year-old Schnecksville man is the victim of a theft by deception/identity theft incident reported at 3:04 p.m. Sept. 29 at a property on Buck Run Road, North Whitehall Township.

Police said the man told them he was contacted by an unknown person who identified himself as a representative of Doordash, asking for the victim’s Social Security and driver’s license information. After providing the information to the unknown caller, the victim said his Doordash account was accessed and $800 was stolen from it.

Police said Doordash deactivated the man’s account and reimbursed him the $800.

• Police arrested Thomas Czonstka, 59, of Kunkletown, with defiant trespass after they were summoned to a property on Kernsville Road in North Whitehall Township at 8:41 a.m. Oct. 4.

Police said the victim is a 47-year-old woman from Orefield who called police because she did not want the man on her property.

Police said it was also determined Czonstka has an outstanding warrant against him out of Monroe County which resulted in him being taken into custody.

• Police cited a 9-year-old Laurys Station boy with disorderly conduct after they were called to an incident at 5:15 p.m. Sept. 21 on Cedar Street in North Whitehall Township.

Police said the victim is a 32-year-old woman from Laurys Station. They said a 2007 Chevrolet Aveo was involved in the incident.
