Lawrence connects with Kyle McAvoy for a 44-yard TD toss to open the game’s scoring in the first quarter. After the Colts respond with a tying touchdown, Lawrence scampers 14 yards to the end zone in the second frame to put the Panthers ahead for good. PV, coached by Frank Damian, extends the lead later in the period when Lawrence hits Tom Eisenhower with a 21-yard TD pass. The winners seal the victory in the second half when Jake Dunn provides a 63-yard pick-six.
