Area state police released information on driving under the influence cases.

• A 26-year-old Allentown woman is facing charges following a one-vehicle crash at 2:37 a.m. July 29 on Orchard Road in Lowhill Township.

State police at the Fogelsville barracks said she was driving a 2020 Honda Civic that crashed into a shed, after which time police observed signs of alcohol-based impairment on the operator.

• A 47-year-old woman from Orwigsburg is facing charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance after a traffic stop conducted by state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks.

Police said they stopped her in a 2013 Toyota Rav4 at the intersection of Route 61 and Manheim Road in North Manheim Township.

• A 26-year-old Effort man is facing charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance after a traffic stop conducted by state police at the Belfast barracks.

They stopped him in a 2002 Honda Accord for violations at the intersection of Martins Creek Belvidere Highway and Depues Ferry Road in Lower Mount Bethel Township.

Police did not release the names in these pending cases.
