Connor C. Wolfe, 19, of Telford, was cited by state police at Pocono for failure to drive at a safe speed after a two-vehicle crash at 1:04 p.m. Sept. 11 on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

It happened at mile marker 81.6 in Penn Forest Township.

Police said he was driving a 2011 Toyota Sienna southbound and was in the left lane of travel when he traveled into the right lane and struck a trailer part of a 2017 Volvo rig driven by Samuel A. Torres Jr., 49, of Waynesboro, Tennessee.

No one was injured in the incident.
