The assault of a 22-year-old Jim Thorpe man is being investigated by state police at the Lehighton barracks.

Police said they were called to a business at 1:58 a.m. Sept. 15 on Forest Inn Road, Lower Towamensing Township, where the man related he was physically assaulted and harassed in the parking lot of the business.
