East Penn Township supervisors took the following action recently:

• Approved Duane Schleicher to purchase a parcel of land at the rear-half of the Lizard Creek Campground along W. Lizard Creek Road, as long as he presents a future lot consolidation plan to combine all the lots.

• Swore in Peter Sterling as a fire police member.

• Municipal building will be closed the week of Sept. 25, and will reopen the week of Oct. 2.

• Announced that the board’s next meeting is at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 2.
