State police at Fern Ridge

State police at Fern Ridge released information on several incidents:

• Police said two Brodheadsville residents were cited under the state’s Dog Law after incidents in the past week.

Justin Favata, 35, of Brodheadsville, was cited for an incident that happened at 6:29 a.m. Sept. 12 along Dal Drive in Chestnuthill Township.

Police said his dog went onto the porch of a 54-year-old woman who is his neighbor and started to growl at her.

Rosibel Goris, 23, was cited for an incident that happened at 6:15 p.m. Sept. 10 along Fawn Valley Drive in Chestnuthill Township.

Police said her dog ran after a 36-year-old Brodheadsville man who was walking his dog. While trying to protect his dog, the man was bitten on the left wrist by Goris’ dog, causing minor injuries, police said.

• Police cited Kristi Anderson, 29, of Brodheadsville, for harassment by physical contact after they were summoned at 10:31 p.m. Aug. 21 to the area of Fairgrounds and Legion roads in Chestnuthill Township, near the West End Fair.

A 37-year-old woman from Stroudsburg reported the two were involved in an argument that turned physical when Anderson threw a water bottle at her that hit her in the face, police said.

• Police are investigating a criminal mischief incident that was reported to them at 12:32 a.m. Aug. 3.

It happened along Unionville Road, Penn Forest Township.

A 62-year-old Jim Thorpe man reported someone broke the chain that he had across his driveway. It was valued at $25.
