Mahoning Township supervisors recently took the following action:

• Granted a 90-day extension to the Todd and Lisa Banning subdivision, and conditionally approved the subdivision plan conditioned upon Jim Thorpe Borough approving it and the comments of LTL Consultants review letter dated July 17, and all the payment of fees and recreation fees and flash drive. The Planning Commission recommended signing the Banning planning modules, if necessary, but upon clarification with the township’s sewage enforcement officer, only Jim Thorpe’s was needed, as another set of modules is in Jim Thorpe’s possession. Jim Thorpe will only sign, Mahoning Township will not, and then Jim Thorpe was to submit, as 90% is in Jim Thorpe, and 10% in Mahoning.

• Agreed to send Craig Ziegenfuss and Alex Hawk to attend dirt and gravel road training.
