The system-wide outage for 911 lines in Carbon, Monroe and Schuylkill counties have been restored.
The system was down for about three hours Thursday night.Firefighters and EMS were on duty at stations to handle calls.
Firefighters of the Lehighton fire department standby at station as three county comm centers are all down and have ordered all fire and EMS stations to be manned.
