Thrivent is hosting a free educational event to help attendees learn how to retire on their terms.

The 1-hour event will be held at 11 a.m. Sept. 9 at the Palmerton Area Library, 402 Delaware Ave., Palmerton.

The event will be presented by Susan E. Lovejoy, financial adviser with Thrivent Financial in Lehighton.

The event will help attendees answer questions, including:

• Will I have enough to retire?

• Will my retirement income last?

• Are my assets protected?

This event is available to the public.
