Windshield wash upsets Philly driver

Valeriy Bentsionov, 51, of Philadelphia, was cited by state police at the Lehighton barracks for harassment after he created a disturbance because the operator of a car in front of his utilized windshield washer that apparently sprayed his vehicle.

Police said it happened at 4:25 p.m. July 1 on 655 Interchange Road in Franklin Township. The occupants of the other car were 41-year-old and 19-year-old women from Kunkletown.

Police said after the driver of a vehicle activated the windshield washer fluid, Bentsionov began tailgating them. When they stopped at the Dollar General store in Polk Townshio, he began screaming and cursing at the women, police said.
