Reports from District Judge Casimir Kosciolek’s office:

• A Lansford woman faces assault and harassment charges following a domestic incident in May.

Gina Carlucci, 27, of East Abbott Street, was charged by Lansford police after an argument over a child turned physical inside an East Kline Avenue residence May 19, according to court papers.

A preliminary hearing on the charges before the District Judge is scheduled June 28.

• A Lansford man faces retail theft charges after police say he was caught with $6 in cake snacks from the Friendly Food Mart gas station in the borough in January, according to court papers.

Frank Ball, 46, of West Snyder Avenue is scheduled for a preliminary hearing before the judge on June 28.

• A Tamaqua man faces possession charges after a traffic stop in Lansford in May.

Austin Cramer, 25, of Catawissa Street, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia following the May 19 traffic stop at West Patterson and Dock streets, according to court papers.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled June 28 before Kosciolek.

• A Lansford man faces possession of drug paraphernalia charges following a domestic dispute in Lansford in April.

Charges were filed against Devon Herman, 25, of East Ridge Street, after state police responded to the call, and observed a glass pipe used for smoking marijuana on the porch.

A preliminary hearing before District Judge Casimir Kosciolek is scheduled June 21.

• A Lansford woman faces drug charges following an incident at the Turkey Hill in the borough in December.

Amber N. Allen, 31, of East Abbott Street, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia after talking with police on Dec. 7, court papers said.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled before retired District Judge Edward Lewis June 28.

• A McAdoo man faces retail theft charges after leaving Lowe’s in Mahoning Township with $895 in merchandise.

Nicholas Caputo, 42, of Grove Street, was charged after he placed five items into a cart, approached the self-checkout, where an employee contacted him, court papers said.

Caputo then fled the store with the merchandise, setting off the alarms, court papers said.

A preliminary hearing before Kosciolek is scheduled June 21.
