Carbon’s Skirmish recognized on business’ 40th anniversary

State legislators Sen. Dave Argall, R-29, and Rep. Doyle Heffley, R-122, visited Skirmish Paintball this week to present Sky Fogal, the owner of Skirmish Paintball, and his father, Paul, the founder, with official Senate and House recognition for their 40th anniversary in business.

“My brother Doug worked here years ago to help pay his college tuition - one of his favorite jobs ever,” Argall said. “Skirmish has been a staple of Carbon County for decades, bringing fun to thousands and employment opportunities to so many. Rep. Heffley and I wish them many more years of success.”

Skirmish features more than 750 acres of fields and more than 50 different map locations for players, making it one of the largest paintball fields in the world.

It regularly hosts large scale paintball scenarios, recreating famous real-world battles including the invasion of Normandy in the summer and the battle of Stalingrad in the winter.
