With all 52 precincts reporting, Mike Mancuso has defeated Donald Leeth in the Democratic primary for Monroe County District Attorney.

Mancuso, the current first assistant district attorney for the county, got 5,643 votes to Leeth’s 3,935.

Leeth was an assistant district attorney from 1999-2013, while Mancuso has worked in the office since 2000.

The winner faces Republican Alexander J. Marek who is running unopposed in the primary.

All vote totals are unofficial until they are certified.
