State police at Bethlehem

State police at Bethlehem reported on several incidents:

• A 39-year-old Slatington man was cited for simple trespass after they were called to a property on Mountain Road, Washington Township, at 10 a.m. April 19.

Police said it was determined he is a former tenant who was evicted from the property by the Lehigh County Sheriff’s Department returned to the property unlawfully and ran a water hose from the property to his trailer on a neighboring property.

• Daniel Magliane, 44, of Slatington, was charged with possession of a controlled substance after they responded to a disturbance at the Krackerjax gas station on Main Street in Washington Township at 7:30 p.m. April 28.

Police said they learned there was warrant out for his arrest. He was taken into custody and found to be in possession of a controlled substance.

• Samantha Nagle, 27, of New Tripoli, is facing drug possession charges following a traffic stop at 2:55 a.m. April 5 in the 2500 block of North Cedar Crest Boulevard in South Whitehall Township.

Police said she was stopped while driving a 2020 Kia and a consent search of the vehicle yielded suspected methamphetamines and related paraphernalia.

• Police said a 44-year-old Northampton man was charged with driving under the influence after a crash at 11:50 a.m. March 5 in the 4500 block Mountain Road in Washington Township.

Police said he was driving a 1996 Silverado at the time.

• Troy Long, 57, and Ted Long, 55, both of Slatington, were cited for harassment after police were summoned at 8:07 a.m. May 1 to 8528 Rextown Road, Washington Township.

Police said they engaged in a physical altercation over living together and were separated before troopers arrived at the home.

Germansville man’s mailbox smashed

State police at the Bethlehem barracks are investigating a criminal mischief incident in which a mailbox of a Germansville man was smashed.

Police said they were called at 3 a.m. April 2 to a property on Bachman Road in Heidelberg Township, where the mailbox appeared to be struck with a bat or a straight object several times.

The estimated damages are $80, police said.

• Police were called to a theft of services case at 7:28 p.m. March 21 at 5728 Fritzinger Road in Heidelberg Township.

Police said a 69-year-old Germansville woman reported a woman stole services from her in the form of boarding of animals and fees regarding damages.

Police said the services rendered are valued at $300.
