Ross Township supervisors conducted the following business:

• A price escalator for small quantities of materials needed for upcoming road work. This was part of the bid the supervisors voted on last month.

• The township building will be closed for regular business on May 16, when it is used as a polling place for the primary elections. Township residents are assigned to either the municipal building or Mount Eaton Church’s social hall.

• Discussion of Act 167, which deals with the stormwater runoff ordinance, was tabled until next month. Solicitor Tim McManus has gone through the model ordinance and is awaiting comments from engineer Russ Kresge.
