Three fire departments responded to a brush fire at 1:30 p.m. Friday along Flagstaff Road in Mahoning Township. Mahoning Valley and Lehighton fire companies were fighting a structure and brush fire a short distance away when the brush fire on Flagstaff Road was called in.
