Schuylkill officials nab man with fentanyl, meth worth $43,000

A Shenandoah man was arrested after law enforcement authorities found more than $19,000 worth of fentanyl and almost $25,000 worth of methamphetamine in his home.

Mark Ryan Dabney, 33, was charged with possession with the intent to deliver (fentanyl); possession with the intent to deliver (methamphetamine); possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl); possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); possession of drug paraphernalia and persons not to possess, use, manufacture, control, sell or transfer firearms.

He was arraigned before District Judge Edward Tarantelli of Frackville,

Dabney remains in Schuylkill County Prison under straight cash $150,000.

On April 14, members of the Pennsylvania State Police and Schuylkill County District Attorney’s Office, Drug Task Force conducted a joint investigation which resulted in the execution of a court authorized search and seizure warrant on Dabney’s home.

They found more than 160 grams of fentanyl with an estimated street value of more than $19,200; more than 485 grams of methamphetamine with an estimated street value of more than $24,250; $1,600; and two guns.
