The community has shown an outpouring of support for a Lehigh Township family in the wake of a tragic motorcycle crash.

A GoFundMe fundraiser has been set up for two young boys who lost their parents in the crash.

Jason Izon and his wife Samantha Loch Izon were involved in a crash at 1:24 p.m. April 4 on Airport Road/Portland Drive.

Samantha was pronounced dead at the scene, and Jason was pronounced dead at 2:44 a.m. on April 7.

They leave behind two young boys, Bailey, 10, and Cole, 6.

Jason Yost, of Allentown, started the GoFundMe, which had raised $25,850 of the $10,000 goal has been raised as of this morning.

Yost said the GoFundMe was set up to help with medical expenses, funeral costs, and to help the young boys who just lost their parents.

Services for Jason and Samantha will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Hope Lutheran Church, 248 Lehigh Dr., Cherryville.

Anyone who would like to participate is welcome to meet at Indian Trail Park after the services.
