The Schuylkill County Sheriffs Office will hold a concealed carry class.

The class will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 5 at the Pine Grove VFW, 140 S. Tulpehocken St., Pine Grove.

Pennsylvania does not require people to take a course to get a license to carry. This course is offered to those who want to make sure they know all the laws about concealed carry in Pennsylvania.

Sheriff Joseph Groody and Chief Deputy Brian Tobin will cover the most commonly asked questions, and District Attorney Michael A. O’Pake will cover the use of force.

Seating will be limited. First come, first served.
