State police at the Stroudsburg barracks said an 11-year-old girl from Bushkill was arrested for terroristic threats against a Lehighton man after an incident between 9:30-11 a.m. Feb. 16 at the J.T. Lambert Intermediate School, Smithfield Township.

Police said the girl admitted writing threats on a bathroom stall.

Police said there was no active threat to the school and additional safety measures were put in place at the school on Feb. 17.
