West Penn Township Police on Thursday morning found an illegally parked tractor trailer at the EZ Market along 309.

While issuing a citation and upon running the registration, police found that the truck was under suspension from a U. S. Department of Transportation out-of-service order.

Police impounded the vehicle, and the owner was cited for operation following suspension of registration and parking a vehicle where official signs prohibit.
