CLOSING THOUGHTS

“We had a tough loss at the buzzer to North Schuylkill (in the district semis). We got off to a slow start with too many turnovers. I was proud of the way we came back after being down 14 points in the fourth quarter. But that’s now in the past. Now our sole focus is on Blue Mountain and we’re excited to have an opportunity to continue our season and to qualify for states. We had a very tough, close game when we played them earlier this year, and we’re expecting a similar game this time. We will need to continue to get balanced scoring and play good defense.” - Northwestern head coach Chris Deutsch
