State police at Lehighton

State police at Lehighton released information on the following incidents:

• A 56-year-old man from Bellefonte was cited for simple trespass after they were called to Penn Avenue in Lower Towamensing Township at 3:01 p.m. Feb. 20.

Police said the man returned to a trailer park property after having been evicted by the victim, GSP Property Management, Walnutport.

• Police were summoned at 2:32 a.m. Feb. 18 to Centre Street in Parryville to investigate an assault report.

A 22-year-old Summit Hill man told them he was physically assaulted and harassed by an unknown group of people. Police said they have potential investigatory leads on the case.

• A 60-year-old Gilbert man was charged with disorderly conduct by police after they were summoned to a property on Interchange Road in Polk Township at 9:53 p.m. Feb. 14.

Police said they found the man in an intoxicated state when he contacted them for no legitimate reason. Police said he was informed in the past that he could not engage in this course of conduct.

• Police cited a Kunkletown couple for harassment after they were called to a domestic incident at 8:50 p.m. Feb. 14 along Sherwood Drive in Polk Township.

Police said the 56-year-old man and 54-year-old woman were issued citations after it was determined a physical altercation occurred. Police said they were summoned numerous times to similar incidents involving the parties.

• Police said they were summoned in the afternoon of Feb. 18 to the 400 block of Burger Hollow Road, Polk Township, for a domestic incident.

Police said the response resulted in police filing harassment charges in district court.
