The Pleasant Valley School Board approved these personnel items on Thursday.

• Change to current assignment - Jennifer Cirba, from Kindergarten teacher at PVES to reading specialist/gifted teacher at PVHS;

• Hiring of support staff - Dakota Altemose, custodian, PVHS, $18.29 per hour;

• Intramural advisers - volleyball, Kathleen Gesiskie and Melissa Bruckman, advisers; football, Lowell Clemonts, stipend of $1,240;

• Resignation - Erin Denmon, substitute teacher, paraprofessional and monitor;

• Retirement - Barbara S. Smith, substitute teacher.
