Bowmanstown Borough Council took the following action on Tuesday:

• Approved a borough garage roof quote of $5,500 from Fleischer Bros. to come out of the borough’s general fund.

• Agreed to purchase a 250-gallon bulk holding tank for the wastewater treatment plant in the amount of $900.

• On a 4-1 vote, agreed to buy cabinets to store nuts and bolts for the borough garage at an amount not to exceed $500. Councilwoman Kara Scott was opposed.

• Announced that the borough engineer met with the streets committee to discuss maintenance items for bridges and plans to apply for Lincoln Avenue in the upcoming Community Development Block Grant program funding for 2023.
