Country act Chris Janson leads the latest round of concerts set for local and regional venues over the next couple of weeks.

The “Buy Me a Boat” singer will perform at Penn’s Peak, which also will host rock supergroup The Winery Dogs, among other acts. Mauch Chunk Opera House, meanwhile, will host tributes to Billy Joel, the Beatles and disco.

In the Lehigh Valley, Journey will bring its catalog of hits to Allentown’s PPL Center. Over in Bethlehem, rockers Anthrax and Black Label Society will take the stage at the Wind Creek Event Center.

Fans of friendly music competition may want to head to Stroudsburg’s Sherman Theater, set to host its fourth Pocono Great Talent Event. The venue will also host, among other attractions, burlesque/comedy and USO-style shows.

• AM Radio Tribute Band, 8 p.m. Feb. 4. The band, which performs music from the 1960s and early 1970s, consists of Jimmy Cavanaugh, Danny Eyer, Bill Sharrow, Su Teears, Joe Triglia and Kevin Burk. AM Radio Tribute emulates the sounds, voices, appearances, slogans, images and styles of the time.

• Chris Janson, 8 p.m. Feb. 9. Born in Parryville, Missouri, Janson released his debut full-length record, “Buy Me a Boat,” in 2015. Aside from the latter set’s title track, the country singer-songwriter’s other hits include “Fix a Drink,” “Good Vibes” and “Done.” In 2022, Janson released his fourth studio set, “All In.” Janson’s new single, “All I Need is You,” previews his new album, set for release in the summer.

• Green River, 8 p.m. Feb. 11. Rick Horvath, a native New Yorker, leads the band, which performs the music of Creedence Clearwater Revival and John Fogerty. Green River also features Tim Theobold, Dave Figura and Harrison Balthaser, all natives of northeast Pennsylvania. Named after CCR’s 1969 album, Green River performs CCR songs such as “Bad Moon Rising” and “Proud Mary,” along with Fogerty tracks such as “The Old Man Down the Road” and “Centerfield.”

• The Winery Dogs, 8 p.m. Feb. 16. Formed in 2012 in Brooklyn, New York, the rock band consists of: Richie Kotzen, a former member of the bands Poison and Mr. Big; Billy Sheehan, who has played with acts such as Steve Vai, David Lee Roth and Mr. Big; and Mike Portnoy, who spent 25 years as a member of progressive metal band Dream Theater. The Winery Dogs will release its third album, “III,“ on Feb. 3. The set includes tracks such as “Mad Dog” and “Xanadu.” We Came From Space will also perform.

• The Stranger, 8 p.m. Feb. 3. Frontman Mike Santoro formed The Stranger, a Billy Joel tribute show, in 2009. Born and raised in Levittown New York, Santoro and his band will perform Joel’s 1977 album “The Stranger,” plus another set. The band also features, among others, Daniel Rodriguez Jr., Steven Daley, Evan Bloom and Fred Updegraft.

• The Weeklings, 8 p.m. Feb. 10. A celebration of The Beatles, the New Jersey act consists of Glen Burtnik, Bob Burger, John Merjave and Joe Bellia. The Weeklings perform Beatles classics, 1960s classic remakes and Beatles-inspired power-pop originals. The band’s members have recorded and performed with acts such as Styx, Jon Bon Jovi & The Kings of Suburbia, and Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes.

• Dancin’ Machine, 8 p.m. Feb. 11. Formed in 2009, the 11-piece New Jersey disco-tribute band features, among others, Brutha Boogie, Bubbles, Kenya Hustle, Mooch and Horn Dawg.

• Journey, 7:30 p.m. Feb. 4. Formed in San Francisco in 1973, Journey features founder and lead guitarist Neil Schon. Other members include, among others, Jonathan Cain, Deen Castronovo and Arnel Pineda. The band’s hit singles include “Don’t Stop Believin,’” “Any Way You Want It” and “Faithfully.” Journey released its 15th and most recent studio album, “Freedom,” in 2022. Toto, whose hits include “Africa“ and “Rosanna,” will also perform.

• David Spade, 8 p.m. Feb. 3. Born in Birmingham, Michigan, and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, Spade started performing stand-up comedy in clubs, theaters and colleges. A writer/performer on NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” from 1990 to 1996, his catchphrases included “And you are…?” and “Buh-Bye!” Spade’s other TV credits include the sitcoms “Just Shoot Me,” “8 Simple Rules” and “Rules of Engagement.” He has also appeared in numerous films.

• Anthrax and Black Label Society, 6:30 p.m. Feb. 4. Formed in New York City in 1981, Anthrax’s lineup features Scott Ian, Charlie Benante, Frank Bello, Joey Belladonna and Jon Donais. The heavy-metal band released its 11th and most recent studio set, “For All Kings,” in 2016. Formed in Los Angeles in 1998, Black Label Society consists of Zakk Wylde, John DeServio, Dario Lorina and Jeff Fabb. The band released its 11th and most recent studio album, “Doom Crew Inc.,” in 2021.

• Ryan Hamilton, 8 p.m. Feb. 3. Born in Ashton, Idaho, Hamilton started performing in clubs in Salt Lake City, Utah. The comedian, who opened for Jerry Seinfeld during his 2019 tour, was a two-time semifinalist on NBC’s “Last Comic Standing.” Hamilton currently lives in New York City.

• Long Live: A Taylor Swift Inspired Dance Party, 8 p.m. Feb. 4. The event, celebrating the eras of Swift, will include trivia, a lip sync, costume contact, photo walls and more.

• Cash Unchained: The Ultimate Johnny Cash Experience, 7:30 p.m. Feb. 11 The tribute act performs highlights from “The Man in Black’s” catalog, from the early days with Sam Philips at Sun Records, to later years with Rick Rubin and American Recordings.

• The Pocono Great Talent Event IV, 8 p.m. Feb. 4. The 1980s-themed show will feature a tribute to Olivia Newton-John, as well as a performance by freestyle recording artist Cynthia. Aside from performing her hit “Change on Me,” Cynthia will join the judges’ table for the finale show.

• Love is a Drag, 9 p.m. Feb. 10, Sherman Showcase, next door. Queens Jovana, Urethra Vas D’Ferens and Black Cherry Loveé will host an evening of drag performances and “Love is a Drag” games.

• The Looking Glass Revue’s My Secret Valentine: A Burlesque and Comedy Show, 8 p.m. Feb. 11. The show stars Mika Romantic, Ruby Von Vanity, Margot Starlux, Goldi Fox and The Hush-a-Bye Babe Chorus Girls, with comedy by Ben Fidler. Jayson Simpson serves as emcee, with music by DJ Alex Di Anna.

• Letters From Home: The 50 States Tour, 7 p.m. Feb. 15. Letters From Home will bring back the style of the USO with a performance featuring Erinn Dearth and Dan Beckmann. This duo has performed 900-plus shows across the U.S. for veterans and their families, and performed at the 75th anniversary of D-Day in Normandy, France. The show includes singing, tap dancing, jokes and audience interaction.
