Tony Roos hits a pair of shots in the extra period, while Geno Duffy and Mike Kattner also hit from the field in OT to lift Thorpe to the win. The Olympians, coached by Don Herman, receive 14 points from Roos and 13 from Duffy, while Kattner ends with 10. For Weatherly, Gary Walker nets a game-high 22 points.
