Car leaves scene of Hamilton incident

State police at the Stroudsburg barracks said a driver who struck a car operated by a Kunkletown woman left the scene of the incident at 10:54 a.m. Dec. 25.

Police said a vehicle believed to be a Mercury Bobcat was racing another vehicle on Route 209 in Hamilton Township when it changed lanes and struck a 2021 Toyota Sienna driven by Karen M. Napoli, 64, of Kunkletown, and fled the scene.

Napoli and a passenger, Louis Napoli, 64, also of Kunkletown, were uninjured.
