State police at Fern Ridge

State police at Fern Ridge released information on the following incidents:

• Police said they were called at 7:05 p.m. Nov. 23 to a store along Route 209 in Chestnuthill Township where they were told the woman completed the state and federal applications/records of sale.

Police said she was denied the sale/transfer of a firearm.

• Two Albrightsville men who were involved in a domestic dispute that turned physical were charges with harassment by physical contact.

It happened at 9:40 a.m. Nov. 13 along Powhatan Trail, Penn Forest Township. The men are ages 44 and 45.

• A 64-year-old man from Lake Ariel is facing charges of harassment by physical contact after state police at the Fern Ridge barracks were summoned at 4:57 p.m. Nov. 20 to a location on Gilbert Road in Chestnuthill Township.

Police said the victim is a 39-year-old woman from Walnutport.

The charge was filed after a child custody argument turned physical, police said.
