Mahoning Township supervisors took the following action on Wednesday:

• Granted Sierra Vista an extension letter request to June 30, 2023.

• Approved a handicapped parking request for Mary Ellen Kelly at 136 Jamestown St.

• Announced that the board will hold its end-of-year meeting at 4 p.m. Dec. 28.
