An accident involving a tri-axle dump truck closed Route 895 in East Penn Township this morning. The crash occurred around 8:30 a.m. as the operator was traveling east just before the intersection with Church Hill Road. The driver apparently lost control entering the right berm which is a steep embankment. Heavy duty tow trucks worked to bring the truck back up to the road surface.
