Two Summit Hill men were charged with harassment after an incident late in the afternoon on Oct. 29 in the 100 block of East Hazard Street.

Justin Priolo, 45, was yelling and harassing Timothy Barker, 51, who was in an adjacent yard, according to Summit Hill police. Barker reportedly slapped Priolo.

Summit Hill police charged both men.

• Summit Hill police charged three men and a woman after a fight around 2:55 a.m. Oct. 30 at St. Gabriel’s Italian Club in Summit Hill.

Daniel Yurchak, 37, of Summit Hill was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. He was taken to the Carbon County Prison.

Wade Matika, 30, of Summit Hill was charged with simple assault and harassment.

Edwin Weirich Jr., 27, of Lansford was charged with simple assault and harassment.

Katelyn Boran-Smith, 24, of New Ringgold was charged with disorderly conduct.
