State police at Schuylkill Haven reported on the following incidents:

• On Oct. 27 at 11:15 a.m. troopers responded to the Fairlane Village Mall in Norwegian Township for a reported disturbance. Through an investigation it was determined that Mayken Ozuna, 34, of Mahanoy City, committed harassment and disorderly conduct and was cited.

• On Oct. 20 at 11:19 a.m. troopers responded to Long Run Road in Wayne Township for a report of a domestic incident. Through an investigation it was determined that a physical altercation ensued between a 39-year-old man from Pottsville and Danial Bashore, 61, of Schuylkill Haven. Bashore was cited for harassment - physical contact.

• On Oct. 29 at 11:11 a.m. troopers responded to a residence along Route 61 in West Brunswick Township for a domestic incident. Through an investigation it was determined that Courtney Schweikert, 25, of Pottsville, struck a 51-year-old woman from Orwigsburg, in the head with a closed fist. Schweikert was cited for harassment - physical contact.

• On Oct. 24 at 9:14 p.m. in the Pottsville Park Plaza, in Norwegian Township, Sarah Bennett, 32, of Minersville, was found unresponsive while in actual physical control of a 2015 Nissan Sentra. Contact was made with Bennett and she showed signs of impairment. She was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI. Troopers said the DUI charge is pending test results.

• Troopers said on Nov. 1 at 10 a.m. along Shermans Mountain Road in Frailey Township Joshua Kennedy, 31, of Mahanoy Plane, pushed a 19-year-old man from West Hazleton several times and grabbed the victim by the back of the neck over a disagreement at their workplace.

Kennedy was issued a citation for harassment - physical contact.

• On Oct. 14 at 2:12 a.m. troopers conducted a traffic stop of a 2008 Toyota Yaris in the unit block of Pike Street in Port Carbon borough. The driver, Gloria Beaver, 36, of Saint Clair, was subsequently arrested for DUI.
