Mahoning Township supervisors took the following action on Wednesday:

• Approved the Wendy’s release of letter of credit, contingent on as-built drawings.

• Approved a one-year extension for the Sage Meadows letter of credit and development agreement.

• Agreed to reduce the shoulder width to 4 feet along with a minor shift in the road centerline/cul-de-sac on a portion of Eastridge Court for the Summit Ridge Development. The planned cross section of the road cannot fit within the right of way. The location of the right of way coincides with the property line.

• Approved the Kelly Follweiler minor subdivision.

• Agreed to advertise a Public Notice of Intent to appoint Certified Public Accountant Kirk Summa & Co LLP to perform the 2022 audit.

• Agreed to advertise the 2023 meeting dates.
